Evaluating nurse triage calls takes time, something that is a scarce resource for nurse leaders. ClearTriage can support an LLM in reviewing call recordings or transcripts, scoring them against customizable benchmarks to determine which calls the human reviewer should spend their time reviewing. Want to know if the nurse ruled out all of the triage questions before the positive triage question? Maintained a positive tone? Clearly communicated the plan of care? The AI can evaluate all of these.
Better Training for New Nurses
Training triage nurses takes clinical experience, strong coaching, and lots of practice. Using a combination of ClearTriage and AI, nurses can practice live conversations with simulated patients—using voice or chat. Trainers can choose a specific symptom or diagnosis, and the AI acts as the patient.
